Impact Integrators ®
Training Programme
Impact Integrators ® is WCL’s flagship training and represents the distillation of Saskia’s expertise and experience in supporting 100s of academics with research impact.
The programme comprises four courses covering the foundations of research impact, and is targeted at early- and mid-career researchers who want to adopt a more impactful approach to their research.
Research and Impact Strategy
We advise senior teams to deliver strategic impact support to researchers, ensuring they have the foundations to build a flourishing impact culture, whether at department-, faculty-, or institution-level.
Impact Skills Training
Our core training offering builds the skills and confidence that researchers need to pursue impact, whether via our online training platform or through bespoke in-person workshops. We also offer training in Theory of Change to help HEIs, charities and public sector organisations to articulate, plan and implement programmes of societal impact.
Research Assessment
Our consultants are experienced in supporting research evaluation, including the UK Research Excellence Framework (REF), the Hong Kong Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), and an institution-wide evaluation at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, Research Evaluation for Development. We use this expertise across a range of REF-focused workshops and support for both case study authors and senior teams.
Impact Evaluation
Through long-term consultancy projects, we support organisations in developing and embedding programmes for evidence collection, monitoring and evaluation of societal impact.
