Research and Impact Strategy

We advise senior teams to deliver strategic impact support to researchers, ensuring they have the foundations to build a flourishing impact culture, whether at department-, faculty-, or institution-level.

Impact Skills Training

Our impact training builds the skills and confidence that researchers at all career stages need to pursue and evidence research engagement and impact, whether via our Impact Integrators™ online training platform or through in-person workshops and one-to-one mentoring. We also offer REF impact training, as well as training in the Theory of Change to help HEIs, charities and public sector organisations articulate, plan and implement societal impact programmes.

Research Assessment

Our consultants are experienced in supporting research evaluation, including the UK Research Excellence Framework (REF), the Hong Kong Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), and an institution-wide evaluation at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, Research Evaluation for Development. We use this expertise across a range of REF-focused workshops and support for both case study authors and senior teams.
